The St. George Business Alliance (SGBA) invites all members and the public to participate in a timely discussion titled “Pulling on the Same Line: The Impact of Commercial Fisheries and Marine Activities on St. George” on Tuesday evening, February 28. Our panel includes Ben Martens of the Maine Coast Fishermen’s Association, Glen Libby of Port Clyde Fresh Catch, and Josh Miller of the Tenants Harbor Fishermen’s Co-Op—who will share what their organizations and members are doing to protect their livelihoods and the economic vitality, stability, and character of St. George’s fishing villages. The meeting begins at 5:00 pm. at the St. George Town Office, 3 School Street, Tenants Harbor.
